Our commission is a percentage of the rental income generated. It covers all services included in our full-service package. The exact rate depends on the type of property and the services selected — we explain it in detail during the free estimate.
Can I use my property whenever I want?
Of course. You can block dates at any time from your owner dashboard. Just let us know and we'll adjust the calendar. It's your property — you're free to use it.
What happens if a guest causes damage?
Every booking is secured with a deposit system. On top of that, platform guarantees (such as AirCover) and our insurance solutions provide enhanced protection. If damage occurs, we document the issue and follow up until it's resolved.
How long does it take to get my property listed?
Typically, allow 7 to 14 days after signing. This includes the photo shoot, listing copywriting, platform setup and preparing the property for the first guests.
My property has a pool — is that covered?
Yes. We have partnerships with local pool specialists to handle regular maintenance (water treatment, cleaning, winterisation) and ensure compliance with current safety standards.
Am I locked into a contract?
